I want to give a “job well done” to Alex McMahill and the entire team that worked on my Volvo XC40 (all electric)! I had the “infamous” Walmart parking lot rear collision. The service provided to me was first class. They handled all the details with my insurance. My car was delivered in about half the time estimated with excellent repairs. Many thanks again. I took my mint-condition prized GTI that I painstakingly converted to a Euro-spec Clubsport model into Rickenbaugh Collision for body damage repair in the tailgate after a parking lot hit and run that left me with a dent and a creased bumper, and THEY RUINED my car's electrical system. There's so much damage done to the wiring harness this is going to be a nightmare to repair. I'm shocked this facility is a VW certified repair facility.

Rickenbaugh is great. They go the extra mile to make you happy and content with the work they do. I have had 3 different cars worked on there. Color match was perfect and all of the reveals were uniform. They returned all vehicles in a super clean condition. Nice people to work with. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. No worries here.

Give these guys your business. I had a flat tire on I-25 in Denver and had to pull off. Luckily, Rickenbaugh Collision was right down the street. They were empathetic when I walked in and took my car immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment and I wasn’t a service customer. I felt completely safe and confident having my car serviced here, even after such a traumatic event. They changed my tire, did a pressure test, and made sure that the wheel was safe to drive on before I left. This is the kind of exemplary service that all auto body shops should strive to emulate.
